El mateix vídeo mostra escenes de la bogeria humana que és la guerra...
Hi ha un film de SPIKE LEE, DO THE RIGHT THING ,del 89, que acaba amb dues frases, una de MALCOM X i una altra de Luther King sobre l'ús de la violència:
Martin Luther King, Jr.:, violence is never justified under any circumstances. Malcolm X,: violence is "intelligent" when it is self-defense.
Necessaria o no, la violència és sempre font de mal...i tantmateix en les circumstàncies de la cançó de Cohen era la única sortida...
Crce que surt una foto on penjen una noia...moltes col.laboracionistes" dels nazis van acabar així...
